Flat-Rate Pricing

Positions paying:

$11 an hour or less are $3,000 a hire.

$12 to $14 an hour are $3,800 a hire.

$15 to $16 an hour are $4,600 a hire.

$17 to $18 an hour are $5,200 a hire.

$19 to $20 an hour are $6,000 a hire.

*For 30-day guarantee add $500 per hire.

**For 60-day guarantee add $1,000 per hire.

 

Examples

If you plan on hiring five people at the minimum wage in Phoenix, $12.80 an hour, full or part time, it would be $3,000 for each hire, so for five it would be total hiring fee of $15,000.

 

If you plan on hiring five shift managers at $15 an hour, that would be $4,600 for each, or $23,000 for five hires.

Note

If the person stays less than your guarantee period we give you a pro-rated refund. So if the person only stays half of the guarantee period we only charge you half the hiring fee.

 

Prices are the same for full or part-time employees and contractors, as well as hourly and salaried positions.
